Runners-up at BASO Multidisciplinary Oral Presentation Prize

Back in November 2020, Roberto Laza-Cagigas delivered a presentation (Adapting prehabilitation to meet changing demands during the COVID-19 pandemic: A feasibility study) at the British Association of Surgical Oncology. The aim was to show the various challenges that the Kent & Medway Prehab team faced due to the restrictions imposed as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Roberto also presented the solutions provided by the team in response to these restrictions and the benefits the programme is offering to patients enrolled in it.

Our work was highly appreciated and as a result, we ended up as runners-up.
